It's finally ski season! The conditions have been tremendous thanks to loads of early season snow and great sunny weather. I'm sure we'll see some ups and downs, but this has been a great way to start the first year my kids are skiing in school with the great Vermont winter sports programs. The real estate market has consistently been picking up as expected coming into our busiest time of year, with many great new listings, and many places finally going under contract.

I am skiing once again in the High Fives Foundation Ski-A-Thon to raise funds to help athletes and veterans with life altering injuries. It is an amazing organization that has given out more than 1500 grants to help people get back to living their lives. My best friend and best man actually passed away this year due to his injuries, but was their first grantee and I could directly see the positive impact that the organization had on lives.
